Whether you're a first-time customer or a returning client, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions to assist you in getting the most out of our reliable and convenient cleaning solutions.
Do you supply your own cleaning equipment?
Yes! Every MaidnMop cleaning specialist comes with their own cleaning kit. Fully equipped with commercial grade chemicals, mop and bucket, vacuum, and many other tools of the trade to get the job done.
Do I have to be home for a cleaning service?
No. This is a personal choice. Some of our clients prefer to be home and some prefer not to be. We strongly advise if you choose not to be home, that you invest in a safe place for a key for access such as a lockbox with a code. If you prefer to be home during your service, feel free to say hello when we arrive. Need to duck out unexpectedly? That’s ok too, just give us a call so you don’t miss out on your service.
Is there anything you don’t clean?
Yes, we don’t currently have the capability to remove heavy mold, soiled linen, or asbestos. This requires a special license and training we don’t yet have. If you are unsure if your mold qualifies as “heavy mold” just give us a call and we can come and take a look.
